The Spanish Association of International Economics and Finance (AEEFI), the Faculty of Law and Economic Sciences together with the International Economics Institute are organizing the XXVI Conference on International Economics, which will take place at the Universitat Jaume I, Castellón de la Plana (Spain), on 19-20 June 2025.

International Trade, International Capital Movements, Foreign Direct Investment, International Finance, Open Macroeconomics, Migratory Flows, Migratory Flows of Services, Trade and Business Behavior, Trade Policies and Economic Integration, Technology and Workers’ Flows, Trade and Financial Flows, Climate Change, Energy, etc.

Publication opportunities

The conference organizers, in liaison with the editors of Economic Modelling and Economic Analysis and Policy, will invite the authors of selected high-quality papers that fall within the general remit of the journal, to submit their manuscript to the journal. The editors will ensure that the selected papers undergo the normal reviewing process on a fast-track basis. All papers will be double-blind refereed in the standard way. Authors should submit their paper via the journal’s website, for consideration for publication in a regular issue of the journal.

Young Researcher Award 2025

The AEEFI association is awarding a prize to promote research in International Economics and Finance, and to encourage the participation of young researchers in the Annual Meeting.
